If your rat dies within 10 days of purchase we will reimurse in full or credit you another animal**
Personal Injury
If a rat from our facility agressively bites you or a member of your family, you have the option to switch rats with us. We also offer to reverse any bad behavior free of charge during a 1 week traing course
** Any dead animals reported to us with a request for exchange must be returned to us for evaluation before a new rat is delivered. Un fortunatley this is because there have been situations where rats were mistreated and for the safety of our animals this is absolutley necessary. |
